Tonight (Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011) I will be appearing with my Classical Arabic Band, Ahel El Nagam, at Cafe Django in Bloomington, Indiana. We will be playing music from all around the Middle East. The cover is $5 and we will be there from 8pm till 11pm. For more info please visit the facebook event page.Sunday afternoon at 2pm, I will be playing for Carrie Ravenscraft's Senior Recital. I'll be doing continuo on the Molter Clarinet Concerto and then finishing out the program playing the Beethoven Clarinet Trio with Carrie and Grace Baugh-Bennett. Carrie will also be playing pieces by Poulenc and Lutoslawski.
The recital will be in the Richard K. Stem Concert Hall at IUS (New Albany, IN) and is free to the public.
