On Sunday, November 20, I'll be playing at SHAVUA TOV! with the River City Klezmer Band at Smokey's Bean in Louisville, Kentucky. The event will feature Montreal based Klezmer band, Shtreim, and another local Klezmer group, The Lost Tribe. The event is free and all ages and begins at 12pm. More details may be found here.
At 3pm I will appear with the IU Southeast Orchestra with featured soloist, Colin Dorman on French Horn at the Stem Concert Hall in New Albany, Indiana. The the orchestra will perform the OVERTURE TO L'ITALIANA IN ALGERI (The Italian Girl in Algiers) by Gioachino Rossini, the SYMPHONY NO. 2 IN D Major, Op. 43 by Jean Sibelius, and will accompany Mr. Dorman on the CONCERTO IN E-FLAT for Horn and Orchestra, RWV C49 by Antonio Rosetti.
